About Us

Hi, my name is Nicole Earl and my husband is Jim Earl. We moved to New Smyrna Beach, Fl in 1999 with our twin daughters. We opened up Earl’s Quality Transmission, Inc (EQT) that same year in NSB. We are proud to say, EQT has been running strong for over 20 years.

While Jim ran EQT, I took care of our 3 daughters and started a nursing career. 10 years later we were blessed to find out about this long-established blinds and shutters business with a great reputation in our favorite town.

After meeting Connie Massey and hearing how loved her husband Dale was in the community, we knew this was going to be an amazing opportunity for us. Connie has taken me under her wing graciously. I can see why she is so loved.

Sandy, the office manager, has stayed on with us and is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to the blinds and shutter industry. Sandy is now our lead sales consultant also.

Our plan is to continue with Dale and Connie’s work and grow MGM as far as we can take it. We want to continue to provide personalized custom window treatments while providing the best customer service to our community.
